With the return of cold weather…

Now that winter is well-and-truly here, it’s time to take a moment to do what you can to help protect vulnerable pipes from sub-freezing temperatures. Put a cover over your outdoor spigots. Close the vents in your crawlspace. And on those unseasonably cold nights, leave a faucet on a steady drip to help relieve pressure should water actually freeze in your pipes.

However, if you have a problem, don’t hesitate to call – I’ll be happy to come out to inspect your lines and let you know what repairs may be needed.
